The Dogs of War
I am impressed by Ike’s determination and it is actually quite inspiring to me. For example, this past February I decided to snowshoe to Granduer Peak. One of the peaks overlooking the Salt Lake Valley. This particular route is 5.5 miles and an elevation gain of 2,552 feet to the peak at 8,299 feet.

I am really not trying to make a judgment call here, I myself went under the knife to change my body. Now 150 pounds lighter I am enjoying my life more than I ever have. If someone wants to modify their appearance, who am I to judge. My hope would be that behind the plastic, makeup and designer everything there is a real person in there.
I was anxious for the night to come and I was grateful as the darkness enveloped the little valley and sky. The first star appeared a little above the East horizon, extremely bright and was actually Venus rather than a true star. Then almost like popcorn popping, stars began to materialize at a frenzied pace.
The canyon is a narrow split in the rock face and from below is difficult to see that it is even there. The trail works its way down the canyon and the impressive cliffs line each side shutting one off into a different time. The canyon opened up a little and followed a sandy track.
